Leaving a Project
Leaving a project removes your access to that project only. Unlike deleting a project, leaving does not affect the project itself or its other members.
How to leave a project
- Open the project you want to leave and go to its member settings.
- Find your own entry in the member list.
- Click Leave Project and confirm in the dialog that appears.
What happens when you leave
Leaving a project immediately:
- Removes your access to that project's documents.
- Leaves the project, its documents, and its other members untouched.
- Does not affect your access to the workspace or any of its other projects.
To regain access later, a current workspace member of the project will need to invite you back.
Who can leave
Any project member can leave on their own, regardless of their role. If you're also a workspace member with access to this project through the workspace, leaving the project only removes your project-level membership, it does not remove your workspace-level access.
