Project Activity

Project Activity is a read-only history of document and folder changes in one Project. It is historical activity, not live collaborator presence or a realtime cursor view.

Open Project Activity

Open a Project and select Activity in the Project navigation. You need the current Project access required by the application to view its activity.

Search and filter history

• Search by actor or target.
• Filter by an available document or folder action and resource type.
• Set From and To dates to narrow the displayed history.
• Use the page controls and rows-per-page selector to move through results.

Project scope

Project Activity covers the selected Project only. It is separate from broader Workspace activity. For related Project workflows, see Managing Projects.
