Workspace Usage

The Usage page helps you monitor Workspace resources, effective limits, billing history, and available capacity upgrades.

Open Usage and billing

Open a Workspace and select Usage in the Workspace navigation. You need access to that Workspace to view its resource and billing information. Add-on purchase and management actions are shown only when the current Workspace and plan permissions allow them.

Resources and effective limits

  • Members shows current Workspace membership against the effective member limit.
  • Projects shows the Workspace project count against its effective project limit.
  • Storage shows current consumption against the effective storage limit.

Effective limits come from the Workspace's current plan and eligible capacity add-ons. The displayed values are server-resolved; they are not a client-selected entitlement.

A Markdown document's own size entitlement is separate from Workspace storage capacity, and the server-side model/tool context boundary is separate again. Free documents remain limited to 5 MiB, paid documents can be up to 100 MB, and any logical operation using that context boundary can receive at most 12 MiB total selected Markdown context. Zelares does not currently expose a general AI assistant or model-completion runtime. See Large Markdown documents for the full distinction.

Capacity add-ons

Eligible Workspaces can see available add-ons for extra members, storage, or projects. The add-on card shows the capacity it contributes and its current price. Current add-ons use recurring billing; follow the approval, pending, active, and cancellation status shown in the application. Do not repeat checkout while an approval or recovery state is still pending.

For current Billing Profile and Billing History guidance, see Billing. Technical provider and lifecycle details remain in the billing contract.
