Workspace Policies

Workspace Policies lets authorized Workspace managers control whether new admissions must use an approved email domain.

Open Policies

Open a Workspace and select Policies in the Workspace navigation. You need the current permission to manage Workspace policies; the server remains the authority for who can save changes.

Email domain restriction

  1. Turn on Enable domain restriction to require approved domains for applicable future admissions.
  2. Enter an email domain and select Add to include it in the approved list.
  3. Remove an approved domain with its Remove control when it should no longer be accepted.
  4. Select Save policy to persist the enabled state and approved-domain list.

When the restriction is disabled, the policy does not limit email domains. When enabled, it affects future admissions and pending invitations according to the current Workspace policy. Existing accepted members are not removed by changing this policy.

Policy scope

This is an email-admission policy for Workspace membership. It is not company identity verification, Project Publishing custom-domain configuration, or Workspace hostname management. For interactive MFA and runtime identity rules, see Workspace Security & Access. For membership concepts, see Workspace Members.
