Preferences
Preferences help you manage your account, workspaces, invitations, billing, and other account-level settings. They are specific to your account and do not change settings for other members of your workspaces.
Accessing preferences
Open the user menu in the application header and select View profile. You can also access preferences from your account profile page.
Available preferences
- Profile info - manage your personal details and sign-in identity
- Password & security - manage your password and multi-factor authentication
- Workspaces and invitations - review your workspace memberships and pending invitations
- Billing - manage your Billing Profile and review cross-product Billing History
- Personalization - choose Light, Dark, or System for private account pages. Project-specific editor appearance and behavior remain managed from the Project settings where they apply.
How preferences are stored
Account Preferences are saved to your account and persist across sessions. Account appearance applies to private non-Project pages. Project editor appearance and behavior, such as theme, fonts, font size, and editor options, are managed in the relevant Project settings rather than as account-wide Preferences.
